I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, healthy lifestyle enthusiast, and above all mother and wife.

The biggest part of my life is nutrition. I’m a dietitian but I’m the opponent of strict diets. I avoid processed food, yet as a mom I don’t have too much time for cooking so I embrace fast and easy recipes. I believe that food simply tastes better when we slow down to truly enjoy a meal as a family versus grabbing takeout in the car or having kids glued to the TV on the couch during dinner.

On the rare occasions that I’m not thinking about food, I can be found jogging by the ocean in summer, working out at the gym in winter, reading books, shopping (let’s be honest), playing guitar, and hanging out with my two favorite guys with “Baby Shark” song in the background.
